About this district
District 14 serves the San Jacinto Valley, the San Gorgonio Pass and the mountain communities of Riverside County: Hemet, San Jacinto, Banning, Beaumont, Cabazon, Idyllwild, Anza, Aguanga, Homeland, Romoland and Winchester. Mail goes to P.O. Box 198, San Jacinto. District 14 hosted the Area Service Committee in June 2026. Spanish-speaking groups are served by District 23 (and, for Banning and Beaumont, District 25).

Formed from District 8 in 1972; Ollie J. led its formation.
